On Thursday August, 1st all Summer School participants are invited to visit Mannheim’s famous brewery where the well-known Eichbaum beer has been produced for more than 330 years. All attendees will get a virtual and theoretical insight to modern processes of brewing and bottling. Afterwards a get-together is planned in the rustic and quaint brewery basement where a hearty dinner can be taken. Of course the Eichbaum beer itself will be offered. The costs are already included in the fees.
